The Unrepentant Christian, Saved to be Lawless?

One of the numerous heresies in the modern Christian church is the assumption that Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ, is a god only of love.  He is not.  He is a god of yes love, but also reason, order and righteous justice.  Since He is righteous he cannot and will not allow unrepentant sinners into His kingdom but will banish them to everlasting torment.

To get off the broad, one-way road to Hell we should confess to God that we are sinners needing His grace for entrance into His heaven.  We should repent, i.e. make a 180° change from the sins the scriptures define as offensive to Him.  Since He loves us we are then “justified” for entrance into his paradise.  It occurs completely and totally by the will of God.  No effort or action or attempt at being sinless on our part has an part in receiving justification.  But that’s not all.  We’ve only just begun.  A sincere Christian convert seeks what Hebrews 12:14, calls “holiness.”  It’s a setting apart of ourselves from the unjustified by the life long process known as “sanctification.”

This attempt at personal holiness, or godliness, is the gradual cleansing of the mind, body and soul per 1 Thessalonians 5:23.  Yet, because we’re sinful by nature we can never fully achieve it; still we are charged to reach for it.   Just ask yourself this question:  Why would God declare me justified yet after doing so I continue to live my life like I never received His justification?  This is a good question for gay Christians, or other professed members of the faith who continue to live their pre-faith lives Monday thru Saturday; who continue to lie, steal, fornicate, covet, gossip, cheat, covet, etc.

Overcoming sin requires our inviting and God sending the Holy Spirit into our hearts and minds.  This spirit, this “helper” has inspired alcoholics to stop drinking; the profane to speak virtuously, thieves stop stealing; gossips to go silent; liars tell the truth; violent criminals turn pacifist.

1 Thessalonians 4:3 tells how God wants us to practice sanctification and coincidentally cites “avoiding sexual immorality” which once again brings me to the subject of LGBT pastors and preachers who practice this sinful lifestyle and maybe even teach their flocks to ignore God’s definition of it as a sin.

Are they ignorant about sanctification or just refuse to teach it?  Either way they lead others to eternal damnation and invite the personal punishment Christ promises for false teachers.  He tells us how he will deal with all of them in Matthew 7:21-23.

Please don’t misunderstand. Gay’s professing to be Christians aren’t the only ones in trouble with the Lord.   They make up only a tiny percentage of church membership.  Were you aware that 50% of straight followers of the faith are divorced or are getting divorced, or are involved in an adulterous relationship or one of more of lots of other sinful conduct?

You see the life of a true Christian should be one that will make friends and family to see that you’re a different person.  In fact some of them may no longer want your company.  That’s because being a holiness seeking member of the faith you wouldn’t want to partake in the things you now recognize what God says is sinful.  That’s why after studying Christ’s teachings one can come to only one conclusion: that being a “Christian Gay” is an oxymoron.

Dying as an unrepentant homosexual, or lesbian, likewise the rapist, murderer, liar, gossip, fornicator, thief, or sinner of any kind, all ends at the foot of His Great White Throne.

After kneeling before it (and the most strong willed, unrepentant sinners will kneel) whether unjustified or justified but unholy sinners might claim that their continued sinful lifestyle was the fault of someone or something else.  Some might even claim that their conduct was hereditary but Christ will recognize that as a lie from Satan!

When all the pleadings for a second chance, all the rationalizations, alibis and claims for exemption are turned down Christ will order such sinners to do what they never really did in their earthly lives- declare that Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ is Lord over all.  Then, because he is the god of justice He will command his angels to escort (or if need be) to drag every condemned one of them to the entrance of Hell and throw them in!

I hope that you attend a church where Christ’s teachings (all of them) are taught line by line, verse by verse out of obedience to Him.  One like that truly has a genuine concern for your eternal destiny.  It would be a church that would make you examine yourself in the light of God’s teachings.  It wouldn’t be one looking for ways to justify what He has told us is a sin!  If you attend one that flee it!

To those in the LGBT lifestyle repent and turn away from it! I realize that its popular to be gay.  Why you have the state legislatures, the White House, the U.S. Congress, and the highest courts in the land supporting, even applauding you.  Yet God considers it a most grievous sin but there is salvation for you.  1 Corinthians 6:9-11, tells us there were those just like you who stopped clinging to this sin who became members of the early, true church.

Above all don’t tell Christ he is your Lord and Master when you love this or that personal sin just a little bit more.  After all is it worth going to Hell for?  Don’t settle for the false notion that “You’ve been saved to be lawless!”
